Aging & Senescence
We investigate how aging alters vesicle pools, fusion proteins, and biphasic secretion dynamics, and explore ways to restore youthful communication.
We use Suspended bilayers and ‘plasma‑membrane‑on‑a‑chip’ devices developed in our lab to visualize single‑vesicle fusion.
We integrate single‑particle assays with proteomics to identify fusion modulators whose restoration may ‘re‑youth’ secretory cells.
